Born in London England and raised in Uganda. Sirrah Ayub attended Makerere University as a Business major and graduated with honours.

She has family in Dar-Esalaam Tanzania, where she first attended a baking class that gave her the introduction and foundation

to embark on pastry and cake baking.

As the years went by she self taught additional techniques plus picked up hands on baking of traditional treats from family members. They continue to teach and support her mission and vision to open a dine in bakery boutique shoppe. She is grateful for the tutelage of a local pastry chef who has graciously taken her under his wings.
